Bhairav Beats and Maya Thapa team up on late-night single ‘Raat Ko Sahar’
A slow-burning R&B collaboration about Kathmandu after midnight, built on a sampled damphu loop and Maya Thapa's most restrained vocal yet.

Lalitpur producer Bhairav Beats and Butwal vocalist Maya Thapa have finally made the collaboration fans have been asking for.
"Raat Ko Sahar" (City at Night) is a hazy, slow-burning R&B track built around a chopped damphu sample and warm, detuned synths. Maya's vocal is intimate and close-miked — she recorded it at 3 AM "because that's when the song lives".
Behind the track
- Written over voice notes between Lalitpur and Butwal during monsoon
- The damphu loop was recorded by Bhairav's uncle in Makwanpur
- Mixed and mastered in Kathmandu
